One phone screen, One zoom interview, One in-person interview.
Pretty standard, nothing particularly difficult.
I really enjoyed the interviews and meeting everyone but I out a neutral (bordering on negative) experience because when I got my rejection letter it was a very impersonal “we’ve decided to move forward in the process with better qualified candidates” copy and paste letter that was better suited for someone who had a failed resume, not someone who made it to the final rounds. I really loved meeting everyone, so it left a bad taste in my mouth that they couldn’t take the time to at least be a little more personal with the rejection.
