The interview comprised of an impressive presentation of the product and the company as well as a more involved part where the interviewee encourages group discussion among the people being interviewed to see which people are brave enough to speak out. At the end, the interviewee goes into the other room and talks to each person individually to ask more intensive questions. If the interviewee likes you, he or she gives you a call the same day to come in for training -- which is somewhat part of the hiring process as well as a good informational session for people that are considering the job. It's a 4-5 day training thing that ends up being very intensive, yet worth it if you end up liking the job.
