Interview process was fairly casual. I was interviewed by one of the Directors along with the Art Director. Some general skill testing was required as well as viewing of my online portfolio. They didn't ask many questions except for explain what the job entailed and ask 'Can you do this?'... 'Can you do that?'. They had just lost their previous web designer and seemed anxious to fill the spot.
