The selection process begins with an on-spot viva to evaluate communication and domain knowledge. Next, a coding test assesses programming skills, followed by an analytical ability test to measure problem-solving and logical thinking. Finally, an HR viva is conducted to assess interpersonal skills, adaptability, and overall suitability for the role within the organization.

They were friendly, atmosphere was good, the interview session went for half an hour, asked my background, interest, future goals, i replied them confidently, i met some of my seniors there
