Long, excessive, and inconsiderate of candidates' time.
The projects and processes they expected were above and beyond for a position that pays lower than average.
In the time I had completed the 3 steps of the interview, I had interviewed for 4 other companies and had 2 offers. So i ended up with a better paying job but the process was ridiculous. I have 25+ yrs as a specialist in the area they were looking for, why waste everyone's time with silly tasks?

Interview was scheduled and met onsite for the interview. I Interviewed with one person, went over my qualifications and then had to answer roughly 10 -15 interview questions. Interview difficulty is easy to average.

Worst experience ever. Starting with incompetent hr who refused to provide salary range, ending interviewing with non technical person on technical questions. Be prepared that the interviewer can ask you absolutely discriminative questions, like your place of birth and origin and omg.. politics...
Was told that they need someone urgently and that I am a super strong candidate. Rejection template 3 days later. And yeah, even the interview date they were really uncomfortable about the salary question, did not know how much they could pay...
