I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Vitric 7 (Columbus, OH) in Feb 2024
Interview
They do a phone screening before the actual interview as usual. For the Zoom interview, I suggest preparing for a minimum of an hour and a half of talking. The interviewer asks commons questions at first, but right after around the first 15 minutes he starts throwing a ton of information at you about their main clients, very quickly and rehearsed, so be ready to take notes because he will ask you questions about everything he said and he expects you to ask him questions about it too. He will go like this for like three times, and he then will proceed to talk about the role, which he will expect you to ask questions about, and he will also test you with some questions to see if you are ready for this role. My biggest issue with this kind of interview is that you can't get any information from just researching on their website or their social media to be fully ready for their interview, and it really felt like an oral exam for me. I understand if this was an interview for a higher position, but I don't think it was right for entry level, especially when they say that you are "not required" to have a ton of experience.

Question 1
After everything I told you about this client, do you have any questions about how we proceed with them?
