Interview
All were Face to face interviews. Three rounds took place. Atlast got an offer letter after 2 months. Interviews were not tough. But mainly about the industry, technical know-how, clients dealing with.

Human resscources department call you to arrange a meeting if you have been selected as a candidate.
If this process goes well, then you will be called to meet the line manager.
Next step would be an assesment process, 3 tests applied,
1- Basic capability test including maths and so.
2- Engslih profieciency test.
3- Character analysis.
If you achieve a suitable score related to the applied job, then they call you back asking you if you still interested in the job, if so they call you to make the offer..

Interview
Das Gespräch war informativ und mir wurden faire und relevante Fragen gestellt. Es wurde ein guter Überblick über das Unternehmen. Erst hat sich das Unternehmen vorgestellt, dann ich, dann kamen fragen zu meinem beruflichen Werdegang und warum ich mich entschieden habe diesen Weg zu gehen.
