I went through about three hours of interviews and ultimately did not receive an offer. During my one-hour interview with the hiring manager, not a single question was asked about my skills or experience relevant to the role. He stated that his focus was primarily on cultural fit, even referring to his team as a “cult,” and openly discussed firing employees. This position has also been repeatedly posted and removed over the past few months, which may indicate ongoing turnover or instability. There were several red flags throughout the process. I would strongly recommend that HR review and audit interview practices to ensure they are professional, structured, and skills-focused.
