Thank you for your feedback about your experience as an applicant to our Content Creator role. We’ve been thrilled to receive 2,269 candidate applications so far in 2020. Each and every application is reviewed by a member of our Recruiting Team; we do not rely on AI or algorithms to “weed out” candidates. We look at a number of criteria to evaluate candidates including years of experience, industry-specific experience, technical skills, systems proficiency, educational background, etc. Any candidate whose profile is in line with our needs will receive an email from our team with an invitation to the next steps of our process. Any candidate whose background is not a fit for our needs will receive an email triggered by a recruiter. We, unfortunately, do not have the capacity to create individually tailored messages to candidates to let them know why they were not a fit. We have, from time to time, resurfaced past candidates as our needs evolve, and have hired a few folks on to our team this way.
