I applied on Linkedin. After three weeks the CEO messaged saying there was over 200 applications and that they picked 14 people to do a marketing quiz for next interview steps. I answered the questionnaire and a week later had two interviews. One with the creative director and the project manager and the second one with the CEO. They were filtering out people for him to meet. The CEO was very open and helpful on emails and saying how well my first interview, application and quiz all went and how impressed he was. Once I met with him we had around an hour interview and after that, he never got back to me! I even emailed after couple of days and asked if there was an update... but no reply. It was bizarre that he wouldn't answer my email or even email me himself with the decision. Acknowledging the amount of time spend to go through all stages and the fact that the company is actually considering to hire the person as part of their team, I believe its only natural to get back to the candidate!!! In the end, this shows the company culture.
