It is over the phone - the person is really nice. She was able to explain the nature of the job. She asked relevant questions. She is also very warm and friendly. She did not fully explain though the expectation from a Chair - that 30 days after the experience vistage, and the chair failed to recruit members, he will be fired. So not very transparent.
