I had a disappointing experience with the interview process at Vistaar Digital Communications. Over two months, I cleared all the 4 rounds of interviews, including salary discussions, which gave me confidence in the company’s interest in hiring me. However, despite fulfilling all their requirements, I have not been provided with a joining date, nor have I received any clear communication regarding my status. This prolonged delay and lack of transparency reflect poorly on the company’s professionalism and respect for candidates’ time and efforts. It is deeply disheartening to invest so much time and energy into an interview process only to be left in limbo without any closure.
