I was contacted by a headhunter who set me up with a phone interview with the regional director of sales who then set me up with a phone interview with the VP of sales. The process ended there.

Tedious and time consuming. The process took a few weeks and you could see the disparity in the eyes of the regional management to fill the position quickly. Thorough with the questions asked and very professional.

Had an initial phone interview with the VP of Sales, then went into the hotel for a one on one with the GM and COO. I was called two days later for a background check, then three days after that I was offered the position.
