Received call directly from HR before 1 day. Attended 1st round was scheduled for 30mins. and in JD requirements was Java , AWS. But panel seems to in different mood no single question on microservices, aws, coding. questions were also not very clear. seems like they don't care about job relevant skills. just bombard the questions by coping from internet for formality. Not sure they even had deep knowledge of it or not as they didn't cross question as well. when ever i asked them can i explained by example & writing code. they move to next question. and finish it in 20 mins. even didn't bother to ask any questions for them. need improvement in technical interview process.

There were 3 rounds of interview in virtusa.
Technical round, client round and service line interview. Interview process was lengthy and time consuming. It was focused on core Java, springboot and microservices. Some questions were from database also.

What is immutability in Java. Explain java oops concepts. Write a program to print duplicate integers from the list using streams. Explain current project structure etc.

AI round and then one or two TRs based on the role or previous round. The interview is not difficult and they are looking for deep understanding on concepts or work that we are aware or previously worked on.

My cv got selected and I received a call from Hr to come for walk-in and they clearly mention that all rounds will happen on the same day and on Monday you will receive offer,if you got selected.
They make us wait for 3 hr for first round and then 1st was AI based java,springboot interview.
And then second round was again technical but on their office laptop via teams.
After that 1 hr round and hr told as its now 8 pm in night,he will give a call back on monday to discuss further but after that they just ghosted me
