I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Virtusa (Pune) in Aug 2019
Interview
I got the opportunity via my college campus recruitment drives. First there was an online test as usual. The test was pretty basic and easy to clear. Then I was called for technical and then an HR interview. Both the interviews were child's play. The technical interview was the easiest of all I've given. The interviewer only asked me the most basic questions about oops, function overloading and overriding, sql joins and basic commands. I cleared the technical round. Then I was called for the HR round in about an hour. The HR seemed as though she was in a hurry. I was interviewed by the HR for only about 10 to 15 minutes. The main questions asked by the HR were if I was comfortable with any shift, any location all over India and how soon I can join. I cleared the HR as well and I was offered a job with a package unknown. Exactly....unknown! Virtusa took 6 months to tell us our CTC which was 4. But I have not recieved my offer letter yet. This is one of the biggest con of Virtusa - it's management. It is poor.
