Very Bad Experience .There were 2 rounds of technical interview. The first was a telephonic round which was rescheduled multiple times by the recruiter as the panel was not taking the interview at the assigned time. Mostly questions was asked on UI developemnt and Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate basics. I cleared this round and for the second round was called to their office premises again on a working day. I reached the venue 15 mins before the scheduled time and was made to sit in the office of one of the panel member. I was the only perso to be interviewed that day and despite this the panel left me sitting ther for 2 hours and went for lunch without informing me. After coming back from lunch they didnt even have the common courtesy to apologise and on top of that proceeded as if there was nothing wrong in me waiting there. Then the interview started with the two guys just being so rude and one of them presumably the lead was extremely arrogant and didnt even make an eye contact. I was made to feel like a worthless person who was wasting their time. If I took a minute to think about my answer he would proceed to the next question. This went on for a half an hour by which I had lost my patience and interest in this process. Hence I decided even if I do get through which might be a slim chance, I would nt take their offer because I can imagine the work atmosphere of this place. After reaching out to the HR a few days after the interview ,(as they didnt have the courtesy to inform me, though they had followed up on me hundred times before attending the interview).I was told it was not positive.
