HR called before a day for the readiness of telephonic interview and scheduled accordingly.They gonna take first telephonic interview and then after selection will gonna schedule face to face interview.

Question 1
Delivery manager took the telephonic interview.Firsty they asked about the current project description,day to day tasks while working on the floor.Then at the last I told them that I have another offer letter from one of the reputed company.The last question Delivery project manager (Nikhil Deodikar)asked to me is that which company will you choose among these two now?.Being honest I told them that who will offer the best ,I will go for that and suddenly he went quiet aggresive over my answer explaining "this is the only thing i want to hear from you and blah blah..so I think in Virtusa giving honest answer is not acceptable.I think they expect that every employee will have to appreciate for their company and make feel them that employee is only dependent on their company.So my advice when you went for this company that dont be honest when it comes to personal questions..This is what they want always.
Mix of technical and situation-based questions. Prepare for the interview by studying about the role. Need to have a good understanding about ticketing tools, processes and real-world scenarios. There will be two to three rounds of interviews.

Interview process is terrible. I was told that interview will be F2F but lot of candidates were there it seems like walkin n Scheduled time was 10 o clock but they took interview around at 2pm
