My interview was in 2012 in one of the college in Hyderabad. The process started with an aptitude test with logical and analytical reasoning question. For Second round they called to Virtusa office in Nankramguda. Second round was Technical round. Questions were asked about the Testing activities in projects, example of Priority and Severity. SQL joins...etc. Third round was, Manager round who asked basic details and observed candidate communication and confidence.
