Interview
The interview process is very easy, first written test (mostly on-line test) followed by group discussion and then technical interview and finally HR round. To prepare for the interview just sticks to basic fundamentals and basic programs. Be confident.
It was an on campus oppurtunity.
The team was least interested in taking the interview they were on call with someone else and kept asking me to repeat.
It significantly affects a fresher's confidence.
