I interviewed in January 2026. 1st Round: HR discussion 2nd Round: Technical round with basic frontend questions 3rd Round: Live machine coding round (1.5 hours) — a full-stack assessment that had to be completed within the given time 4th Round: Discussion on the machine coding round, along with an additional live task based on it 5th Round: PI round with the manager After all the rounds, they asked for my documents. However, once I submitted them, they completely ghosted me. There was no response to my messages, emails, or calls. I understand that not every candidate gets selected, and that’s completely fine. But the least a company can do is inform the candidate about the final outcome. Going through multiple rounds, investing so much time and effort, and then receiving no communication at all is very frustrating and disappointing. Overall, the process felt exhausting, and the lack of closure made the experience worse.
