There are two rounds, in the first round they just ask you what qualities you look for in a leader. In the second round, you meet with people you would be working closely with, but it felt more like a sales pitch than an interview. The weirdest part was when they said that they don't get paid by clients unless they give 100% ROI. Obviously anyone who knows anything about marketing knows that 100% ROI is not even a real possibility unless your in a very small stakes situation... or if your a door to door salesman who isn't really providing that much revenue to the clients anyways. It's really just an MLM scheme. They also clearly had a lot of turnover, because they told me they had to interview like 30 people in 2 days, but the office was small, and maybe employed 30 total people. Having to replace 30 people twice a year is a really bad sign of a company.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Virtue Marketing Innovations (Middleburg Heights, OH) in Jun 2016
Interview
I applied to the company and was contacted by there HR team. They explained to me more about the position and got me there for a quick first round interview where I got to meet with a hiring manager. I got invited back for a second which was a very different experience, I got to meet one of there trainers who took me for coffee and walked me through all of the upward mobility of the company as well as compensations and job responsibilities
