- 20 minute introductory interview with Head of Design (visio) - Small interview + design challenge briefing with a senior designer (visio) - Fianl interview with CTO and Head of HR (visio) Then they scheduled another final physical interview with CEO which we rescheduled due to circumstances. The day of the final interview CEO emails me to say he's not available and asks to postpone so I ask his next availability. No response for a week and counting. I wish they had more respect for their candidates who had to spend time and resources preparing for their interviews and tech challenge.
