Virtual Senior Web Manager interview questions

The folks at Virtual were very nice but disorganized. The job description was more of a moving target and they couldn't seem to decide what it was that they wanted out of the position. The process started with a phone screen with HR to review the company and ask general questions -- it went well. This was followed by an in-person panel interview. I sat in a conference room overlooking a swamp. They were half an hour late. The interview itself went well -- some technical questions but it was more general than I expected. After that they scheduled a phone screen with a remote VP. He was late to the call, so we rescheduled for the following day and he completely blew off the call. They were all apologies, so we set up a third call and that went very well, or so I thought. After that, I didn't hear from them for several days. Finally, after calling the recruiter I was told that "it sounds like Virtual is heading in another direction for this role and they will not be moving forward."
