Virta (Finland) interview questions

The selection process involved approximately seven stages, including three one-on-one interviews, a 15-minute presentation, and a final meeting with senior executives. Additionally, I completed various assessments and tests designed to evaluate my skills, problem-solving abilities, and suitability for the role.

The interview process with Virta Ltd. felt disorganized and unproductive. The HR interview seemed unprepared, with the interviewer reading directly from the job description and not asking any in-depth questions. It made the conversation feel irrelevant and superficial. The second interview, with a senior representative, was even more disappointing. The questions were broad and unclear, and there was little interest in engaging with my responses. When I asked questions about the company and its culture, the answers were vague and uninformative, leaving me with no real insight into the workplace. A few weeks later, I received a generic rejection email. Overall, the process felt like a wasted opportunity.
