You meet with many different departments and eventually with upper leadership if they really like you. They did not have required questions like big companies do. It was more conversational.

Interview process was very clean and thorough, performed by the Supply Chain Director. Expectations of role clearly informed and direct questions asked on expectations for position and salary discussions took place .
