Interview
* Got a short call from HR to arrange a 2-hour interview. The scheduled date is apart 2 weeks from a short call. * Interview Day: at first, HR gave a one-hour test to take and need to screen share. The test was in MS Word Format and answers need to write down in that Word File. (I think the test platform should be upgraded rather than MS Word because it contained the code-based questions) * After completing the test, HR gave 10 minutes break meanwhile IT Manager and team-lead need to check the answers to the test. * IT Manager and team-lead interviewed me about my past experience and technical knowledge. It may take 30-40 minutes.

Question 1
The test has 5 sections: 1. Logical Math Questions 2. Database Query 3. Provide code to solve the solutions 4. Answers to the code structure 5. Server Knowledge
First, candidates will undergo a technical interview focusing primarily on PHP questions, to be completed within 30 minutes. This is immediately followed by a 20-minute managerial interview, where interpersonal skills, cultural fit, and potential contributions to the team have been evaluated.
