Phone interview, basic resume questions did not get a call back. Questions about projects where I worked basic things for a phone screen. Interviewer seemed slightly distracted, and cut me off a few times.

Interview
The interview was a three man team which was difficult but fun, some of the best questions I ever had. I felt I came into this interview better prepared than normal, but I still had to stop and think. The interview team played off each other and asked behavioral questions which were both beyond the normal but useful. Everyone felt like they read my resume and read questions tailored for my skill-set, not like they were just reading from a script. Good feedback left me satisfied leaving the interview.
