Phone screening and interview with the whole team. At the 2nd interview, they asked lots of follow-up questions. The interview started off with a scenario about using data to infer various business/economic rankings for the state of Virginia. Even though they sent the scenario ahead of time, the question was not very well thought out and members of the team had to explain it multiple times. They did call to say that I didn't get the position, but they transferred my application for a different position for a related team. They never followed up and that 2nd job was taken down from their website.
