There was a 30 minute phone interview with a committee and then an on campus interview that began with a dinner and lasted the entire next day. The day was a combination of interviews with staff, campus partners and students, and required I give a 30 minute presentation in my area of expertise. Following the on campus interview, the Director called for an additional time of clarifying questions prior to offering my the role. The entire process from application to start took nearly six months.
