The process was very straightforward. It was a simple screening session and a single interview with the hiring manager. The company was lately dissolved and everybody lost their job. Few people stayed on a transition to another small local company that bought part of the business.

Interview
The interview was in a cafeteria, with sports clothing. The questions were direct to the role of engineer. And an impromptu interview in English. I described my functions performed in my previous work.

Interview
- phone interview: basics like what kind of experience i had, what i knew about VMP, plus plenty of time for me to ask questions
- face to face interview: plenty of time for me to ask questions, knowledge of company/its mission, as well as questions about my education and technical skills. culture where you need to be willing to work and throw yourself into things
My interviewer was really friendly and easy to talk to. VM is a casual workplace, so the interview reflected that kind of culture.
