Virgin Hotels interview questions

I applied online and received a request to interview. They did not give me any details about what was required from the interview. When I showed up they asked where my knives / gear were. We scheduled a day for me to come in for a trail. I never received a time or any further communication whatsoever. Extremely unprofessional and disorganized.

Fair and quick. Targeted questions around experience and goals. I felt it would be a good place to work and deliver as a committed personal trainer. I wasn't successful but was offered feedback as to why.
