The interview process was friendly and straightforward. It involved an initial interview focused on customer service experience, availability and how you handle FOH scenarios. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. The process has an emphasis on personality, communication skills & team fit rather than anything overly formal.

How would you handle a member whos unhappy or has a complaint at reception?
No genuine questions just about appearance and just looking at how u present yourself and if you’re fit as in healthy and also pretty and if you aren’t they weren’t interested
Very easy and friendly. Good communication and swift replies. Very professional and quick. Really enjoyed the process. Questions asked were very relevant and was also good amount of friendly conversation. Did not feel like I was being questioned.
