Village Real Estate Services interview questions

Real Estate interviews work a little bit different, in that you are the one requesting the interview. A recruiter or an ambassador to the company will meet with you and go over the benefits and the culture of the company. Village has an amazing interview process, and their ambassador is a great to interview with. They don't allow just anyone to sign with their brokerage, but if the ambassador finds you a good fit and you want to move forward, you'll get the green light and the rest is history.

Met with ambassador and discussed all the benefits and reasons to have my license with them. It was very thorough, professional, and impressive. They stressed the fact that they have great training for new agents. They also discussed the fact they were involved in the community and have given generously to various non-profit agencies. The interview was very relaxed and friendly.
