I was contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn, I then had calls with HR, the founder, two directors, and lastly the CEO. Everyone seemed very friendly and each call was more of a conversation rather than specific questions about my experience.
I declined the offer due to some red flags throughout the interview process.
