There was 1 cold phone screen and then an onsite interview day with 3-4 back to back interviews. Well-structured interview process, but the culture was not what I expected. This is a cold and sad atmosphere with gray carpets and cubicles, sad coffee, and uncomfortable level of silence. Everyone there has been there for 20+ years and is using outdated methods and old systems. They talk about how they just went public, but it's been 2 years, why not get a nice espresso maker? The team seemed to act polite, but the negativity and strict culture was palpable. There also seemed to be only one kind of group of people working there, so zero diversity. Believe the other reviews of this place. I tried to give them a chance because I need a good job and have over 7 years of experience, but it didn’t seem right, plus it's a hybrid company with 3 onsite days in the SF Valley (not LA), so I decided to look elsewhere.
