I have applied for the position via ZipRecruiter. The whole process took about 2 months. I have received an email the very next day from the staffing agency, which continued with a call. Interview was set up after about 2 weeks. I was interviewed at viega facility in Nashua, NH with the Manager. The interview lasted for about 45mins. Everything went well. He introduced me to the team as well. I was very satisfied with how the interview went. He said I will hear from the staffing agency. Right after the interview I contacted the recruiter from staffing agency, she said she received really good feedback from the manager. Next day she emailed me saying everything is good, and made sure I had a drivers license cause the position requires me to travel and also told I might have to meet them again in couple of days. I was very happy to hear that. But after 2 days she said, they are little busy due to long weekend and would like to meet after the long weekend. But, they postponed it for about 3 weeks. Then after I tried to followup again, she said "they kept the position on hold and it is not a reflection on you". I was really very disappointed hearing that. I would have felt better if they thought before interviewing me about the importance of the position. It would have been different if I was not selected but holding the position after all the process and giving false hopes is not the right way the human resources work. The staffing agency was really good, she provided me timely updates. But the probably the company's HR isn't that good. I really hope they will look after this at least after reading my post.
