The interview process consisted of a phone interview after I submitted my resume and cover letter. Phone interview was brief but informative, gave a description of job duties. Then an in-person interview was arranged. Here, I spoke with the owner who asked the typical interview questions, why should we hire you, strengths/weaknesses etc. Then I met with two managers who basically conducted the same interview, just much more causal. Then I had to take a very simple proofreading test and an online typing test. I was called the next day and offered a position.
