Victory Charter Schools interview questions

I was super impressed with the flexibility for the interview( mine was on a Sunday) the interview was with the actual CEO and Owner! Never has that happened to me. It showed me the interest and focus of this school. They are interviewing for a teacher who is passionate, loves teaching and is loyal.
