The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret (Los Angeles, CA) in Jun 2010
Interview
it was a group interview of about 10 people. they ask basic questions like "what do you know about victoria's secret?" "what does excellent customer service mean to you?" it lasted about 30 minutes. Everyone tries to speak and just stand out but as long as you say something meaning full they'll like you.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
describe a time when you had a conflict with a customer. how did you solve it?
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
