Interview
They had group interviews which was nice and they were very interested in how you would go about certain scenarios. I would recommend being client oriented within your responses and be yourself they love personality.

Q: Describe a difficult time you had with a client, how did you go about fixing the situation?
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
