I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret (Seattle, WA) in Mar 2012
Interview
After applying in person I received a phone call asking me to meet for a face to face person. I arrived for the interview only to find out it was a group interview. The manager met with both of us and took turns asking either of us questions. After the interview I was called and offered the position.

Question 1
If you see another employee breaking the rules what would you do?
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
