I applied in-person. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret
Interview
Interview process was much more stringent than for a sales associate. Once I got the position, I actually stepped down to be a sales associate again. Not worth the minimal raise and promotion.

Interview
Going in I was originally looking for a management position with the years of retail experience that I had. I was asked to entertain the Bra Specialist position and to interview for it. Victoria's Secret happened to be my dream job. I met with the store manager on the bench outside of the store, had my interview and was told that if they were interested that I would get a phone call back to meet with the district manager for a second interview. I got the call back and met with the district manager, it was a brief and somewhat casual interview. I was going against 2 other candidates for the position. I ultimately got the call back and accepted the position.
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret (Mesquite, TX) in Nov 2020
