Group interview and some group activities, some roleplay which was fun and the staff was incredibly supportive so it was an easy interview. There were also micro groups for the activities

Very laid back friendly vibes over zoom with store manager. Asked standard questions about my experience and what I would do in certain scenarios. This experience probably varies from store to store, but I do think once you’ve got an interview they’re likely to hire you,

Part of job expo, one of the team member interviewed me. Very friendly and cool process. After a week, they called me and planned a group interview which was mostly the introduction of their business. and a day later I got the offer.
