I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret (Tysons Corner) in Jun 2015
Interview
I went in the store and turned in my application on a Tuesday and that Friday I was called to let me know they had scheduled me an interview for that upcoming Sunday. I went in for the interview and was told that another manager would call my references and then if I fit their qualifications they would call me for onboarding. On the following Tuesday I was called in for onboarding scheduled for Wednesday. The process was quick and painless.

Question 1
What would you bring to the Victoria's Secret store?
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
