first when i applied i got an email on when i would like a phone interview, after got my phone interview and passed that and went onto the group interview which was great because i got to see everyone and progress of their answers and knowledge

Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
