I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret (Oklahoma City, OK) in Nov 2014
Interview
I went in when they were hiring for seasonal associates, got an application and quickly filled it out in the mall's food court. I then brought it back to the store and got an instant interview with one of the managers and then was hired on the spot! Two days later I came in for onboarding (training) which lasted about 4 hours. The next day I had training on the actual cash register and then immediately started checking out customers!

Question 1
How far will you go to make sure your customer is satisfied?
I was asked to sell a pen to the interviewer. I believe the answer they’re looking for is for you to start asking questions about what the customer needs/is looking for in a pen, then explain how that pen can meet those requirements.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you improved a process at your job.
Quick and simple, group interview with many other applicants. I applied for seasonal work and was kept after. We each had our own moment with the hiring manager and it was a quick process

Question 1
What about Victorias Secret makes you want to work for us?
They needed a cashier badly, so the interview was really quick and easy. I had a nice conversation with the shop manager, we talked about my previous experience and availability.
