Interview
Met with dm and rm. They sat down in front of me asked me a lot of random questions one after another and then they gave me a lot of info about the company. The entire interview process took about 30 mins.
Phone call first In person interview in the back of the store. Someone had to call the manager to come get me basic questions that were asked for a management position

Question 1
What do you look for when recruiting potential employees?
I applied online. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret (Birmingham, England) in Aug 2019
Interview
Although the application process and the interview itself were fairly straight forward (standard management questions around leadership etc) I was left dissapointed following the interview with limited communication & no feedback/decision. I have had to work out for myself that I have been unsuccessful
During the 1to1 interview I was given a big speech about how important feedback is to the company, that they would be in contact regardless of the outcome and I should here back within 1 week.
12 days later and nothing.....so i made contact with the area manager asking for some feedback/had a decision been made yet, to receive no response, instead a few hours later the store called me and left a voicemail on my phone, leading me to believe that the area manager had made contact with them to tell them to get in touch with me.
The voicemail left asked me to call back however that she was leaving in 10 minutes and instead could be contacted tomorrow if neccessary.
This led me to feel/believe that i was an after thought, squeezed in to the last 10 mins of the day.....doesnt exactly leave much time for conversation or thorough feedback regardless of the outcome. I returned the call within 1 minute of the voicemail being left to be told that the relevent person was unavailable and did I want to leave a message, I asked to be called back the following day.....this hasnt happened.
So not only have I had to assume from the above events I have been unsuccessful, I have had zero feedback and no further communication
A company focused on people?! Don’t make me laugh. They washed their hands of me as soon as they decided I wasn’t suitable
