Call or walk in to meet manager and ask if they are currently hiring, they will then take down your name and phone number and you apply online at home . interview will be scheduled sooner due to them seeing you're confidence. In a week you will be scheduled for an interview and within 2 days will be notified of hiring

Interview was one on one with a store manager. She was really sweet and kind. I had great vibes the whole time. I loved this job because of the team and even though it was only a seasonal gig on my college breaks, there are days I wish I could go back.

Super straight forward, asked about the company and it's products. They will ask about your opinions on certain products, give your honest opinion if you have tried and have not tried it. They see if you can relate to the customer through their products. Asked about your personal experiences from previous jobs.
