Casual, comfortable, direct and honest. If you interview for a part time or full time supervisor or manager position you have to interview once with the Store Manager and then once with the District Manager.

Interview
Interview process was lengthy, difficult to see what position that they had open ad what the compensation was. Once the interview process started, it seemed very disorganized and there seemed to be lack of communication between the different managers that I interviewed with.
