Application
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret (Buffalo, NY) in Oct 2011
Interview
It was fine except you are interviewed with a group and once you provide an answer, everybody copies it.

Question 1
Questions were all easy, however, I had a 20-year professional career and was used to extremely difficult panel and other interviews
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
